In the sheet metal processing industry, the use of cartons and pallets for sea transportation is a common solution that balances cost, protection efficiency and operational convenience.Here are the advantages of this type of packaging:
1. Double protection structure
Carton: cushion sheet metal parts from friction, slight collision, dustproof and moisture-proof (especially with moisture-proof cartons or lining); The inside is filled with bubble wrap, pearl cotton, etc., to protect the precision sheet metal parts (such as bending parts, spraying surfaces).
Pallet: isolate the wet ground from direct contact with the forklift to avoid damage to the bottom of the carton; Reduced stacking pressure during sea freight (pallets are dispersed to prevent the lower carton from crushing).
2. Rust and moisture-proof
The carton has good sealing, built-in desiccant, anti-rust paper, and anti-rust oil/VCI film on the surface of sheet metal parts, which significantly reduces the risk of rust in the high humidity environment of shipping.
3. Anti-deformation
The pallet provides rigid support, and the interior separation design of the carton avoids the stacking and deformation of sheet metal parts (especially for thin plates, cabinets and other easily deformed parts).

Q1: Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
A: As the product is customized and need to be produced ,we will charge sample cost ,but if the sample is unqualified the sample will be free or after you placed mass orders ,we will refund the sample cost.

Q2: Can you provide after-sales services?
A: Generally it is 7-15 days after the received the goods. 
 
Q3: Can defective products be replaced for free?
A: Yes, every defective product will be replaced, and the cost will be borne by us. If the situation is urgent, we will immediately send new products to the customer.
